Southeast Impression in Ashburn, VA: the most anticipated Malaysian and Thai opening in Loudoun

IVEA's Southeast Impression has its signs up in Ashburn and aims to open in December 2026 or January 2027, bringing Malaysian, Singaporean and Thai cooking to Loudoun County.

Southeast Impression, IVEA's Malaysian, Singaporean and Thai restaurant, is coming to Ashburn, VA. The Burn reported in September 2026 that its signs are up and that it aims to open in December or January.

## Where

The new restaurant is in Ashburn, off Loudoun County Parkway near Evergreen Mill Road. Southeast Impression already cooks in Fairfax and is expanding to Ashburn and to Rockville, MD.

## What it will serve

The dishes The Burn names are the Crispy Whole Red Snapper, Lamb Massaman, Pad Kapow Crispy Duck and Nasi Lemak with Fried Chicken. The nasi lemak is the restaurant's best-known plate.
