Churasuko, IVEA's Japanese-Brazilian steakhouse at 1755 Tysons Central St. in Tysons, VA, was named the first of its kind by Washingtonian in January 2026. Chef Junzo Miyajima led the relaunch of its menu.

## What Washingtonian saw

The steakhouse carves wagyu at the table and serves a fire and ice seafood tower. A $125 tasting compares American, Australian and A5 wagyu. Pão de queijo comes with gochujang, miso and sesame butters, and the Pink Dragon cocktail mixes shochu and cachaça. The A5 wagyu tasting is the most complete way to try the menu.

## The room

FFXnow reported that the restaurant covers about 9,200 square feet, uses churrasco grills imported from Brazil, and has room for about 200 to 250 diners.
